Charlotte Street Apartments offers six individually designed boutique apartments set within in a converted 5 storey Regency townhouse in Royal Leamington Spa. The apartments are centrally located, being just an easy 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Leamington Spa, which offers many cafes, bars, delis and restaurants.
There is a private parking space as well as additional street parking for guests or extra cars.
Bed linen, towels and toiletries are included.
The living rooms and bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with Netflix and catch-up TV. The living room TVs also has a sound bar for cinema like sound and blue tooth connection for playing your own music.
The kitchen is fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking options.
