National Apprenticeship Week: Say hello to Tom!

Serviced apartments are a great corporate housing option for those relocating for work as they tend to offer more privacy, flexibility and space than conventional hotel rooms due to them having larger living areas as well as benefiting from fully equipped kitchens.
There are three main types of serviced apartments that are a popular choice for relocations and these can be tailored dependant on the needs and budget of the booker and/or employee.
So which one is right for you?
Studios are the smallest of the three types of serviced apartments and combine sleeping, living and dining areas into a single room with a kitchen. They have separate bathrooms which usually have a shower rather than a bath and provide compact but easy living.
They are the most cost-effective corporate housing option and are ideal for individuals who simply want a comfortable home from home environment to retreat to after work. However, they may not always be ideal for those employees who are staying for longer than a month or for those with a high level of seniority that need more space to work from outside of the office.
With one double bedroom, a bathroom and a separate living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, one-bedroom apartments offer more space than studios which is generally preferred when relocating on a long-term basis.
They are perfect for individuals or couples and the separate living areas facilitate guests being able to entertain friends or colleagues during the evenings whilst also having a level of privacy.
With two double bedrooms and usually two bathrooms as well, two-bedroom serviced apartments are a great option for two colleagues who do not mind sharing or for those employees that are relocating with their family.
They also suit individuals who need the extra space to store luggage or need another room to act as a study or guest bedroom when friends or family come to stay.
