We are here, ready to receive your upcoming guests while we continue to ensure those staying with us are well looked after, within Govt. guidelines.
We’ve updated our operating procedures to ensure we’re focused on keeping your guests and our employees safe. We understand that our clients will be looking for re-assurance around the safety of their teams and we’ve implemented the below with this in mind.
We’ve taken care of the essentials, meaning you don’t have to worry. Looking after people is what we do.
The guidance from WHO suggests the virus can live on surfaces for up to 72 hours. We have a policy of a ‘three-day break’ in between bookings minimising any presence of the virus when housekeeping attends. The apartment is then thoroughly cleaned. Housekeepers are contracted to wear PPE and wipe down all surfaces as they exit the property. Gloves are only removed once outside the apt. and disposed of according to regulations.
All keys are sanitised and placed in a sealed bag to be provided to our guests. Self-check-in can be arranged or a meet and greet at the correct social distance. Inside the apt. surface wipes and hand sanitiser are provided along with updated information on supermarket operating hours and locations.
Essential & emergency visits only, carried out at an appropriate distance and with PPE. We are advising guests to call us regarding minor maintenance issues, where we aim to assist over the phone.
Guests are being advised to travel by taxi to their apartment. Our Reservations Team will arrange this with our taxi provider who is following a stringent Covid-19 prevention process. All taxis are sanitised between journeys and we are providing handwipes for our guests’ use once in the vehicle.
Our Operational Team
Our team have been provided with accommodation to isolate themselves, ensuring they remain as protected as possible, in turn, keeping your teams safe too. When attending apts. they are required to wear shoe covers, masks and gloves and are always equipped with their own hand sanitiser.
Social Distancing Compulsory
Unfortunately, we're only able to attend to requests deemed as emergencies; where possible, we try to combine any requests/deliveries with our essential visits to the area (all carried out under strict social-distancing guidelines).
Risk Assessments Obligatory
We continue to request risk assessments at point of booking, should a guest develop symptoms during transit (post risk assessment) we will support them and arrange a self check-in accordingly.
