Newly built with a stylish, contemporary exterior, this property offers sleek, modern apartments in the South East corner of the City of London.
Well-appointed and comfortable, the apartments are fitted with a full suite of integrated Siemens kitchen appliances, hardwood floors in the reception area and porcelain-tiled en-suite bathrooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the lounge provide plenty of light whilst you relax or work and a landscaped communal roof garden provides a great spot to enjoy a drink with friends and take in views of the City of London.
The Neighbourhood
Located on the outskirts of the City of London, Sugar House is perfect for discovering London’s hidden gems as well as exploring the city’s more well-known attractions. A short walk away, you’ll find the Tower of London, a historic landmark with a fascinating past.
In the same area, you'll find the picturesque riverside spots of St Katherine’s Docks and Wapping, perfect locations for a post-work drink. Follow the cobbled streets of Wapping High Street along the north bank of the River Thames to discover one of the area's historic riverside pubs, such as the Town of Ramsgate or Prospect of Whitby.
To the north is Spitalfields, making it all too easy to swing by its world-famous market on the way back from the office to pick up dinner from one of the many food stands. The nearest tube station is Tower Hill, located 10 minutes from the property.
