Mayfair Residences is located in a beautiful period building on the picturesque Half Moon Street in South Mayfair. With both one and two-bed apartments available, these units have been elegantly decorated to emphasise the period features that appear throughout, such as open fireplaces and bay windows. In the two-bed, bifold doors allow you to open up the kitchen into the open plan living-dining area or keep the spaces separate, whilst the one-bed reception areas are open and spacious, perfect for entertaining. The bathrooms are modern and beautifully finished, with full marble-effect tiling appearing in many of the apartments. If you want to enjoy views of your surroundings from your own outdoor space, some of the units also have furnished terraces.

The Neighbourhood

As central as it gets, Mayfair is one of the most affluent districts in London and is home to some of the city’s most iconic establishments. Associated with fine dining, luxury shopping and bespoke tailors, this area has more Michelin-starred restaurants than any other part of London, including the renowned eatery Sketch, which was awarded its third star in 2019. Despite its reputation, there’s more to Mayfair than expensive shops and bars; locations such as Berkeley Square, Apsley House and the Royal Academy of Arts are all free or reasonably priced attractions that both residents and tourists of the area can enjoy without breaking the bank. At Half Moon Street, the nearest tube station is Green Park, a 4-minute walk from the property.
