The Apartment
Sugar House is a Grade II listed redbrick building that stands out amongst its more contemporary neighbours on Leman Street. Inside, the building features a mix of oak and stone flooring, contrasting with the brightly-coloured feature walls in the apartment’s open-concept living room. A modern, timeless four-piece bathroom matches the bright, fully equipped kitchen. The dining space is situated next to two large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light in which to start your morning.
The Neighbourhood
Located just outside the City, Sugar House’s position is perfect for discovering London’s hidden gems as well as exploring the city’s more well-known attractions. A short walk away, you’ll find the Tower of London, a historic landmark with a fascinating past. Across the river lies Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and the Tate Modern, along with a variety of riverside restaurants and cafes. This location also borders the Spitalfields area, making it all too easy to swing by its renowned market on the way back from the office to pick up dinner from one of the many food stands. Slightly further north is Shoreditch, a fantastic destination for eclectic dining, boutique shopping and vibrant nightlife. The nearest tube station is Aldgate East, located 6 minutes from the property.
