As an Arrivals Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering the Portland Brown guest experience. Every day is different as you travel across London to prepare our apartments and add those all-important finishing touches.

You'll often be the first friendly face our guests meet, so outstanding customer service and quick thinking are essential.

From seamless check-ins to surprise deliveries during their stay, you’ll take ownership of the full arrival experience and beyond. You’ll also carry out apartment inspections to ensure our standards are met and exceeded, every time.

Meet & Greet

You'll help create a home away from home by helping with luggage, handing over the keys, showing guests their apartment, and ensuring a welcoming arrival.

Special Requests

You might be delivering a welcome gift one minute, then setting up an air bed the next.

Inspections

Meticulous attention to detail keeps our apartments guest-ready and up to the highest standard.

Engineer Meets

So our guests can relax, you'll be on hand to grant access, and oversee any external work needed during their stay.

Guest Moves

Sometimes our guests need to move apartments and you'll be on hand to ensure they get from A to B smoothly.

Our Recruitment Process

Teams Interview

Meet our Recruitment Executive on Teams for an informal chat to get to know each other and hear a bit more about the role.

Trial Shift & Interview

Next, you’ll have a paid trial day shadowing an Arrivals Coordinator, followed by a short in-person interview with our Guest Relations Executive to discuss your experience.

Final Interview

If the trial shift goes well and everything aligns, you’ll be invited to a final face-to-face interview with the Head of Operations where a decision will be made.

Throughout the process, we’ll keep things relaxed, open, and supportive.
